ZX88 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZX88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). 3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one ZX88 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your real name, a variation of your name, a different mobile number, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. ZX88 uses a range of technical and manual verification tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ZX88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your ZX88 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, active Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 3.3 Account Security

Your ZX88 account login credentials — including your mobile number and password — are your personal responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. ZX88 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ZX88 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or any other document specified by ZX88. You must cooperate fully and promptly with any verification request. ZX88 may restrict withdrawal access or place your account under review while a verification request is outstanding.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ZX88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZX88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ZX88 reserves the right to request proof that the depositing payment method belongs to the registered account holder.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt by ZX88.
• ZX88 does not offer credit. Your wagering is limited to the available balance in your ZX88 account at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the ZX88 account holder.
• ZX88 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Actual receipt time depends on your payment provider.
• ZX88 may impose a temporary hold on withdrawals where account verification is incomplete or where suspicious activity has been flagged for review.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. ZX88 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

ZX88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all ZX88 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.3 Funds on Suspended Accounts

If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the full balance will be released. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated in accordance with ZX88's licence and operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in Pakistan.
